International Estate Consultants (IEC) needed a brochure to present investment opportunities in ‘The London Resort,’ a prestigious project in London, UK. The brief was to design an informative and visually appealing brochure that would serve as both an information and investment pack. We chose a color theme inspired by the United Kingdom’s flag, reflecting the project’s location and branding, and incorporated this into the design.
